Not a direct swap on the EPS system. EPS subs are 7 ohms. SWS are either 4 or 2 ohms.

A 13TW5 weighs about 19lbs each plus maybe another 20lbs for the enclosure so 60 lbs give or take. JL doesn't list the weight spec for the stealthbox so I'm just guessing as to the weight of the enclosure.

Search the forums, there are LOTs of examples and testimonials of the SWS upgrade + EPS - it's a fantastic upgrade with plenty of bass (right under your seat vs in the trunk behind tons of sound deadening material). For the added mass to the car, you can't beat the SWS upgrade, a nice digital amp, and sub volume control.

This project doesnt seem that hard, just swap the subs under the seats with higher power ones, hook the existing leads to a line out converter, and power the subs with a decent one or two channel amp, depending on your subs. I wouldnt use a line out converter if I wanted high quality highs, but it should be just fine for bass.
