2011 E93 M3 Battery Problems

Hey,

So every now and then my car just freaks out and suddenly my door wont seal shut, car wont turn on, and my smart key access fob wont let me lock or unlock my car. Basically it just "dies" on me as if the battery is dead(which it isn't). I usually have to wait for a few hours and the all of a sudden BAM, everything is back to normal. After it "magically" resets, it makes me put in the date and time settings again.

I've taken in to the dealer and they said that they "fixed" it, but i'm still having the same problem.

Anyone have the same issue?
Am I doing something wrong when I turn off my car?(put it in N, E brake, then power off)
The tricky part is that this is completely random as far as I can tell.

The battery maybe about done. Unfortunately, hey don't last long.
