An update since the thread was bumped anyway.

AG hasn't fixed anything. The major hangup has been they wanted me to send the wheels into them before they'd replace anything. Meanwhile it was right before summer, prime driving season, and I didn't want to risk having the car on jackstands for the summer. They were unwilling to entertain the idea of an advanced RMA.

The vibration is still there, but tolerable most of the time, and the paint flaking has gotten worse.

Aside from that, the wheels have been fantastic in actual use. The grip is phenomenal, and I get compliments over the wheels from random people all the time. Still no rubbing in the front after moving to the 265/30, and the only rub in the rear is over high speed dips, which are rare. (this rub spot can be shaved down and eliminated easily, so a non issue)

Going forward, there is a proper forged monoblock version of these wheels coming soon (AG isn't involved as far as I know), that seems significantly more promising. I'll most likely be moving to that upon its release. I'm extremely hopeful that it will address the vibration and paint finish issues.

Very happy with the widths and offsets, and will be repeating the exact same configuration when the forged set is available:

19x10 +25 265/30/19 and 19x11 + 25 295/30/19.

Honestly I'd have just bought a set of custom FS F14s or like BC Forged wheels for a few bucks more and gotten exactly the sizing at higher(ish) quality. Hindsight is obviously 20/20 though

Nearly 2 years later, I finally resolved the vibration issue.... by replacing the entire wheel set.

The existing set balanced out ok with a road force balance, but no matter what I did, it still vibrated. Balanced 3 times, and no difference. My tire guy had a similar problem with reps on a 997 years ago.

The new set? Butter smooth at 100MPH.
