On a separate note, how can you guys eat at Chipotle when we have Freebirds in TX?
Closest one I believe is in Addison.. Might be out of the way for some, plus parking lot is always crowded. But fb is gooood!

Allen has one now.
Addison is probably still closest, but there's also one in Richardson.

FB = win. I broke 100 stamps on my card last week, lol. They keep asking me why I don't use them... I don't have an answer for them.

Eh.. Qdoba is OK.
For burritos I go in this order:
Freebirds > Moes > Qdoba > Chipotle
My reasoning for putting chipotle last is because I've gotten sick almost every time I've eaten there.

That's quite ironic because the chicken I got from Chipotle the other day made me want to throw up lol. I've been to a few different Chipotles, but the best one is on campus corner in Norman...I don't think I'll ever eat at another Chipotle that's not in Norman lol

Soorena: Qdoba is my sister's favorite. Not mine

Look forward to seeing you at the meet!

Btw, I've added Freebirds to the poll now, and I've reset the poll to zero votes, so that every restaurant has a fair vote start.

Let the voting begin (again)!

I think the Allen store opens next weekend. They're training the employees at Richardson right now.
FYI, Norman OK is the only city outside of TX that has a Freebirds (at least of this incarnation. The original freebirds is actually in california, but it's a very different restaurant).

No problem.

I have a friend who is a store manager for freebirds and he trains all of the managers when the new stores open, so I know probably their entire history. It's too bad they're corporate because I'd love to buy in.

As far as the distance info goes, I cheated. Google maps for the win.

I voted for Freebirds, since I wanted to try something different. I never go there too often. Wait a sec, I think I've been to the one located in College Station, and that has been the only time. Can't wait to try it again!

Say, is that your RX8 in your avatar? I still love the feeling of driving that car in the twisties, especially since that was my first car in '04.

Yep. I'm one of the moderators on rx8club.com (ajax over there).
I still have the 8. 89,000 miles on it tho.

Oh man, that brings back loving memories of mine!

My exterior color was Winning Blue.

Yet I made one huge, MASSIVE mistake when purchasing mine...

....I got it with the auto/tiptronic tranny.

Man I wish I had that second chance to get that car in a 6 speed.

Great car, nevertheless. It's extemely athletic, and a very neutral & forgiving car to drive hard.

I miss it.

Le Mans is great.
I need to take some better photos though. I've got maybe 3 good shots of the car and now that it's tinted and has high gloss grills, it looks awesome.
Probably going to order wheels soon too... and then, who knows..
