I am a nerd and love looking back on this. Car is currently owned by me and can gladly say the car is doing well minus some cosmetic damages from the previous owner. Car was parked in Manhattan and got some dings and scratches.

Since then I have done:
Valve Covers
Oil gasket housing
Throtle actuators
Water pump
T Stat
Serpentine belts
Expansion tank hose
Spark plugs
New cup holder
New hood struts
DCT service
Paint correction with ceramic coating taking place this weekend
Getting my second set of 4s for this car and need to get the tires road force balanced to get rid of a vibration at 75+ mph

Car currently has a Valvetronic V2 exhaust which is okay. I sold the MS X Pipe and EAS muffler mod. Will be trying to source a GT Haus exhaust for it soon.

Suspension, still on clubsports with the same spring rates Elliot installed. Might go to some Ohlins Road and Track as the clubsports are nearing 40k miles. We will see as time goes on.

Other than that, the car is healthy! My favorite E90 and cannot beat the slitktop, single hump, speed cloth. Also, car has been meticulously maintained by myself and Elliot in the past.
