I think you mean when Prosche said that Nissan was full of crap with that time. That caused some controversy.

love it. love the integration of the rear intake and the 3 exhaust pipes, different but also classic a la the F40.

The F458 is absolutely beautiful! The 360 was a let down until the CS came out, and the F430 was an improvement, but still lacked that something.

The only thing I don't like about the styling on the 458 is the little scoop just inside the headlights. Other than that, it's a home run. The 360 and 430 did nothing for me. The 355 was the best looking 348, but the F40 was the last of the mid engine Ferraris I really liked until now.

Still, I'm more of a fan of the clasic V12 F cars.

I find it unnatractive... it's not hideous, but it's too fussy for my liking. I like the simple lines of the 360 Modena and F430.

i like the f430 more than the 458...the 458 is too feminine.

Love it... and the performance is far superior than the 430...transmission is better and engine.
Wait till you see one on the road.

I'm not a huge fan of Ferrari, but this car is beautiful! Almost every great car has styling quirks that are divisive, but overall, this is sick!

of course it's going to be way more feminine than the 430 Scuderia you posted. if you compare the 458 to a base F430, it isn't that much more feminine

It probably looks much nicer in person. I thought the GTR and the 370z looked hideous from the pictures I've seen on the web until I saw it in person and they both looked gorgeous...

I am having a hard time coming to grips with the front intake below the headlights with the floating stallion. I prefer to dual intakes of the 360 and 430.

Regardless, I cannot afford any of them at the moment so I will be the last to cast stones.

The 430 will start to look old soon...and you'll like the 458 when you see it in person.

i didn't like the 458 when it first break cover on magazines but now i've grown to like it alot. there are lil areas that im not found of such as the headlight and tail (also prefer quad tail lights and quad exhausts.. ) but overall, it's much "smoother" and modern. like HRE M3 said, it will make F430 look dated very soon once we see it on the street more often. it's like what F430 did to 360 when it first came out.

on the side note, Enzo wasn't designed to be "pretty".. it's was designed to resemble a F1 car as much as possible and still street legal.

i do have to agree though that many recent designs by Ferrari isnt all that.. the 612, the california, etc.. are all blah..

I think McLaren MC4-12C will really give the 458 a good fight in design and performance. i like it alot
