19" VR G25 tire fitment advice needed..

Guys, i am planning to get some volks g25 in 19" to replace my 20" bbs lms. i am contemplating between these 2 kind of fitments, can you guys help me decide because i am not sure about the tire sizes (i am lowered on eibach) and the offsets seem aggressive too... i dont want the wheels to rub when turning, dips, etc.. Also what does face 2, face 3, face 4 mean ?

1st fitment
19 x 9 et 20 ----> tire ?
19 x 10 et 22 ---> tire ?

2nd fitment
19 x 9.5 et 22 --- > tire ?
19 x 10.5 et 22 ---> tire ? (or should i choose the one with 35 offset rear ?)

my last setup was this:

19x9.5 et20 245/35/19
19x10.5 et22 275/35/19

lowred on KW s/o (way lower than your Eibachs) and no rubbing at all.
