Swift Spec R vs aFe Power springs
Looking for springs to match with my edc struts. Mainly focused on the spring rates and performance not the drop.
Oem is 160/550 Swift is 279/670 Another thread did say aFe was 400/600 but I'm not sure if this is true. Anyone have experience with both?

I would go with the Swifts. Lot's of people have used them to good effect and they are made to work within the what the factory shocks are valved for.
I highly doubt the front shocks can handle a 400lb spring properly - if that is what the actual rate is. |

AFe just got back to me. It's a progressive spring, about 10-20% stiffer than stock. So it's prob similar to a eibach spring. Going to go swift. Thanks

I'm running swifts on low km takeoff EDC struts and think they ride great - don't think you'll regret your choice. I ordered mine from alphamotorsports here in the GTA, they had the best price I could find.

They worked out to about $490 CAD with shipping. Based on my calculations worked out to being a few bucks less than buying in the US and paying FX exchange rate + shipping up here + customs. They drop shipped from Japan anyways.

I would like to be corrected if I'm wrong.
Everything I'm seeing is the swift springs are progressive and the afe look to be linear/progressive mixed. https://europeanautosource.com/blog/...0m3-machtswift and the Afe instructions show, https://afepower.com/media/catalog/p...3006-n_ins.pdf It just looks like the rears have some progressive whereas the front looks linear.
