Pricing help for DCT stripper E90 M3

Hello all,

Iím about to pull the trigger on an E90 M3 (pending PPI this week.) Iím not trying to steal the car by any means, nor do I care about what I could resell the car for as I most likely will be putting tens of thousands of dollars, and miles onto the car. I would just like to make sure Iím getting a FAIR deal on the car, as the more money I have to put into preventive maintenance the better.

Specs on car:
~96,000 miles
Rod bearings, and throttle body actuators have NOT been done yet
Alpine white
Cloth interior
Slicktop
DCT
No EDC, comfort access, etc etc
2-owners
No accidents reported, but there was ďdamageĒ reported to the rear
Stock 18Ēs, ~50% tread left

Modifications:
KW Clubsports (2-way)

The seller is asking 20.5k

That seems reasonable if no major items need to be addressed from the PPI.

If the seller has properly maintained the car, and has all the maintenance records, that counts for a lot.

Good luck!

Cheers! I figured, unfortunately not many maintenance records - however the first (and previous) owner services the car exclusively at the dealer in which he bought it from, so thereís lots of records from carfax.
