Contact Grouping

I had my car in for service the other day and not my contact appear as such.

Bob Dole H
Bob Dole W
Bob Dole M

As opposed to

Dole, Bob

Then selecting H, W or M

I asked the service writer if he updated the car but he said he didn't Any ideas?

Ok, you may not get a lot of responses because you need to edit and correct the grammar. And also, please explain what your issues are? Is your name really Bob Dole? What do you mean selecting H, W, or M? What happens? Very confused.

h = home
m = mobile
w= work

My contacts have each person with each different number listed, not select a person then the different number its all up front when scrolling through the names.

I guess I must not have explained it very well.

Bob Dole was the example contact name. My contacts are now appearing like Kisenwether. Before I would select the contact "Bob Dole" and then I would be able to select the Home, Work, or Mobile number.

Are you using contacts from your phone or iDrive?

I am using phone contacts.


Somehow it has switched back, not sure what changed but I think it may have to do with the phone. My phone is a Galaxy Nexus.

Good to hear. While ago I changed a setting on my iPhone 5 and all my contacts wasn't loading and displaying correctly. I updated my iPhone 5 and everything worked after.
