I have no affiliation just saw it listed today on auto trader. I believe the dealership is also new, I have no experience with them.

They do have a few E90/92s besides this one too.

Was this the one that had the wide body kit on it that was taken off and care completely repainted?

No that car has a CF roof and black interior.

Car might actually check out, CARFAX looks clean. Looks like bimmerperformancecenter.com in NC last serviced this car in September of 2020. Any interested buyers should call them directly to talk about the cars overall bill of health when they had it.

Unfortunately the interior and spec just don't do it for me. The individual color is very rare and for the right buyer that doesn't care for CF sunroof, Idrive, and grey interior leather combo this is a fair price with current out of pocket online prices some dealers are charging.

Would be interested to hear how an AZ dealer got a NC vehicle. Car looks lowered probably a lowering kit on the car that should be changed. Would have to really look at that front clip was resprayed at all, paint looks like they were paid by Armor All to wipe the entire car.

*also the details say its listed as a 6-speed manual which is not the case, fat finger mistake or?

They are all listed as a 6 speed because it is standard, then under the options it will list DCT.

This was owned by @m3diocrem4gts on instagram, he doesn't buy junk IMO, and could probably let you know about this car. He put that special lip on it.
