2010 M3 Price Check

Hi guys...I'm a long time lurker and ready to pull the trigger. I found an M3 that I'm interested in and wanted to get a price check/opinion.

2010 M3 DCT
Jet Black/Fox Red
~51,000 miles
$37,900

Pros: Dinan exhaust, black 220M, some CPO warranty left.

Cons: Per Carfax, it has had 4 owners. No Cold Weather Pkg.

Other things that stood out:
Tail light assembly and outside mirror glass replaced at 8K
Spark plugs replaced at 11K (seems early)
Power steering pump replaced at 28K

What do you guys think? The biggest concern for me is the 4 previous owners. I think technically, the first two owners are the same person as the title didn't change. Owner 3 had it for 3 months and owner 4 is the one with it now.

Thanks..

IMO 37.8k for 2010 with 51k miles is a lot plus 4 owners is a huge disadvantage.

I say keep searching, there are a lot better deals on the market

It would be a good buy at 35k. From what I've seen in my searching, the $1 per mile point is $40k for 40k miles.

just wondering how did you calculate 40k for 40k miles? ..if the car has 50k miles, does it make the car worth $50k?

In my humble opinion miles, care and condition are crucial followed closely by # of owners. Having 4 previous makes you #5. Now imagine you attempting to sell the car and how easy or difficult it will be finding a potential buyer as the fifth owner.
That alone would preclude me from seriously looking at this car. I think there might be better deals out there in this price point. Whatever you do I wish you good luck!
