Did you ever make any more of these for sale? I'm looking for some replacement units, mine have some serious issues due to the previous owners attempt to upgrade them.

Haven't done an E92 set in a while. You have a pair lying around you need modded?

Sadly no, the ones I have are pretty badly hacked by the previous owner, the lens cover is broken is several places and the housing is also deformed in a few places and "extra" butyl and sealant abound in an apparent attempt to seal it up again (which clearly failed, the condensation and then xenon failure being the reason I started looking at it).

If you want to salvage these try taking a soldering iron and melting a couple holes in two separate spots on opposing ends of the housing, and then covering with 3m gore-tex stick on patches. This will help the headlights breathe better. It is often not sealing that leads to condensation, but in fact lack of breathability.
