Got hustled by Revinora!
Hi all,
I ordered and paid a for a carbon front-lip by Revinora about 2 years ago. They eventually sent me the wrong lip and agreed to swap it for the part I ordered. I brought the wrong lip with me on holiday to Miami Beach (I live in Denmark) and sent it from there to Revinora. They confirmed that they received it and the plan was that they should send a new one to me while I was in Miami. That's 8 months ago now! They know that I haven't received the correct spoiler (cuz they haven't sent it) but now they haven't replied on my mails for about 3 months. What would you do in my situation? I mean $800 is still money today... at least for me. :

I wish it hadn't been so long. This is what credit cards are for. But I think there is a 6 month limit on charge backs.
Where are you in Denmark? I don't know if I've ever seen a German car there that isn't a taxi cab

Fair enough - if you did this transaction a couple of years ago, there wasn't the degree of threads about them as there are now. I really hope they get back to you and make it right!

I have driven through Aalborg a couple of times on the way to Hirtshals. I'm pretty sure I have some Aalborg akvavit in the freezer Never been to Aarhus though we may go visit a friend there this year. My family is in Holstebro. It's just so rare to see a nice BMW in Denmark. Not much of a car country, I guess due to the asinine car taxes.

Honestly, there isn't much you can do about it at this point. All you can do it make sure to leave them a terrible review on every board, review site, BBB, etc etc. Make sure to come across as professional, and attach pictures with an invoice of some sort (so you don't end up looking like a whiner who is just making stuff up).
Don't be lazy, make sure to leave it. Once the reviews start stacking up on their brand, it will eventually bite them in the butt. Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Next time make sure to "harass" the business every week until the resolve your issue, the second you sweep it under the rug for a few weeks, so will they... |

OP, I feel for you. Hopefully paypal will change their mind, but I think CC is better when it comes to disputes.
Nevertheless, the fact you posted this made me read more about Revinora and I will never be buying or recommending their products to anyone.

even if you dont get your money back - make this known so others dont fall into the trap and buy Revinora products. Really sorry your going through this.

Sorry to hear. I bought from them knowing the sketchy customer service that they have but luckily they did send me the actual lip I bought (CRT Street Chin) within 2 weeks of ordering it.
That company has such nice looking/made carbon products.. too bad their service is not up to par on a consistent basis. |

I've tried calling them many times the last week. I can't get through at all. Is it because I'm calling from an international number (hidden)? Can any of you get through to their waiting tone or voice mail?
