E92-Lighting.com has be one of the worst company.
Initially purchase an Dynamic Duke spoiler for E93 M3.
Waited two weeks. No response. Went online. Chatted with a representative from the company. Informed me that the item is coming from another warehouse. Will email tracking number. After two days. No response Went to Paypal. Open a dispute. They refunded the money. This past Monday. The representative contacted me via telephone. Expressed some concerns about my posting. Apologize for canceling my order. Informed me that he would find out the ETA for Dynamic Duke spoiler in 4-5 hours. Willing to give me free shipping. Ask that I take down the negative review No response until Wednesday. I get an message that, the e93 M3 trunk spoiler they have list on their page is a replica, that is why the price is cheaper than MSRP. NO where on there page is this mention as a replica or style. See screenshot. It specified DYNAMIC DUKE E93 Trunk spoiler. THIS LEAD ME TO BELIEVE THAT THEY CANT GET THE PRODUCT THEY HAVE ADVERTISE ON THEIR PAGE, SO now they are trying to substitute a replica. And asking me if that;s okay. They mention if I wanted a genuine Dynamic Duke product, I need to buy it from Dynamic Duke. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE.. DO NOT ADVERTISE FOR DYNAMIC DUKE SPOILER AND THEN TELL THE CUSTOMER, IT'S NOT AN ACTUALLY DYNAMIC DUKE SPOILER. WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY. You wasted my time once again. See screen shot. Maybe someone need to report this company to the State Attorney Office.. Bait and switch. Fraudulent deceptive business practice. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY WAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Beyond terrible customer service. You will get upset, you will get frustrated and likely not receive your order at all.
