Help... How big of a spacer do i need?

Guys i recently purchased some bbs ch's from a fellow forum member that had them on his e46. The front looks kinda tucked inside the fender so im looking to get a spacer to push the wheel out. Judging by the pictures i will be showing let me know what size spacer i should go with in the front and in the back.

Please help... i have no idea when it comes to spacers.

Here are the wheel & tire specs:

Wheel Specs
Front: 19X8.5 ET35
Rear: 19X10 ET20

Tire specs:
Front: 245/35/19
Rear: 275/30/19

Once the tires die on me im switching out to something a little bit wider.

Front left wheel

Front left wheel

Front right wheel

Front right wheel

Rear right wheel

Rear right wheel

Btw i know i have black and red center caps i have both and i cant decide on which ones to leave on. Should i leave them red or use the black ones?

What are the front and rear offsets? Hard to tell just by sight what will work best...also the tire sizes?

You could do 15 to 18 upfront... out back you should be alright as is...maybe do a 5 there.

See if others agree...

20mm (front), 8mm (rear)... it will not be flush in the front, but close. The rear will be flush.

That would make et12 in the rear... seems a little aggressive. He's almost flush as it is.

With a 275/30 tire he can go up to ET7 in the rear without rubbing. I know, that's what I have.

Same rim width? It also depends on the tire brand...not all tires are created equally.

His ET12 with his 10" rim will be within 1mm of my ET7 with a 9.5". The strech of his 10" with that 275/30 will negate any difference of width between brands.

If in doubt then he should choose a less than 8mm spacer in the rear.

If you're doing an 18mm set up on the front, we can certainly accommodate for that as well as, the closest I have for the rear would be a 5mm which would work as well. I'll send you a PM.

You can do an 18-20mm front, and 5-10mm rear depending on how aggressive you want to go.

Best way to check is take a 3' level against your fender resting the other end on the ground and measure to the widest part of the tire and then back off for thr width of the inside lip of the fender and you'll have your max spacer that your setup can handle. Looking at the pics I would guess 20mm upfront but not sure about the back. I'm running Turner 17.5 on the front and 12.5 on the rear on my oem ZCP.

I'm not a fan of pushing things out too far. Your rear offset is already correct for the E9X M3, its only the front wheels that are not correct. I'd do a 15mm up front and nothing in the rear
