I'm looking at some VMR v703/vb3 19x8.5 15 offset 19x9.5 20 offset I don't seem to see anyone running this offset

I think this is conservative. The offset alone is on the lower side.

The wheels will fit. Will they flush with the fender? No. If you want to reuse the stock tires then the wheels will fit that too. I like my wheel and tire package wide and flushed to the fender.
