Challenger CL4P7 4-post garage lift – Like New Condition

I have for sale a like new Challenger Lifts CL47P garage lift. This is an ALI/ETL certified lift. Professionally delivered and installed by Ron Spindle of SGS Services of Chantilly, VA on July 18, 2019. The lift is still used exclusively to store my E46 M3 so it was rarely lowered/raised (used 2-4 times a month). The reason I am selling is because the drive thru clearance (63 inches) is too low for a modern SUV. Typical crossovers and large SUVs are now at least 64” in height or more. I will be replacing this unit with a BendPak HD-7P, which has a similar footprint but with a higher crossbeam to accommodate our SUV. I will also include part #CL4P9DTP 18” set of plastic drip trays. Below are informational links. Garage size varies. Please do your own measurements before contacting me.

CL4P7 Measurements
Length 195.5"
Width 100.5"
Height 79.5"

Condition: Like New
Color: Black
Location: Fairfax/Clifton, VA

Price is FIRM: $2,800. This price includes the original manual and (2)18” sets of plastic drip trays that cost. Total new is $3,700. CASH ONLY. NO TRADES.

I will have the lift professionally disassembled pending buyer's arrival and payment. I have no place to store and do not want to scratch or damage the lift. You MUST have the ability to pick up the lift with the proper equipment and personnel. This is not a one man pickup. Ron does great work and if you are in the DC area, I highly recommend you use him or a professional for delivery and setup.

***OPTIONAL CHALLENGER Rolling Jacks - 4,500lb capacity***
I have two (2) never used Challenger RJ4.5 4,500lb Rolling Jacks for sale.
https://www.bestbuyautoequipment.com...ck-p/rj4.5.htm

The two RJ4.5 jacks were never used. Both are currently on the lift. I originally ordered the RJ3.5 but Challenger only had 4.5s available so they gave me a discount. They are over $900/each on most resellers. I will also include the SVI International 10" Extension Kit which are required if you are using the jacks for a sports car. The arms for the RJ4.5 are too short for most modern cars. The extensions cost $340/each so the total was $680. I opened the box to confirm fitment but again, the extensions were never used either.

Here is a video with the Challenger CL9P7 lift with the RJ3.5. The RJ 3.5 is the same design rolling jack but with a 3,500 lb capacity vs 4,500 lbs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fwbb...ature=youtu.be
