What level of adjustment is it at for height? Seems a bit lower than I am comfortable with. Currently on OEM ZCP and I have a bit more front height which helps with scraping

I don't recall where we set it at exactly. I had it set about 0.25 inches higher prior to the current height.

that seems like a perfect height. You lose the SUV front wheel clearance the stock car has but it isn't 'slammed' at all. Very nice!

Thanks! Definitely closes up the wheel gap nicely without looking slammed.

The B16 probably will go 100k without rebuilds. At least their other stuff does that
Ohlins definitely doesn’t have to be rebuild around 30k.. both will probably last 60k before you’d want fresh dampers.

Dave07997S Don't give up quite yet!
There is plenty of room to adjust, I could easily raise the front and rear. I just put it where i liked it. At this height, only the underside of my GTS lip, nothing else scrapes underneath the car.

No jntent to slam here either with very similar stance with grayblack... on B16 damptronic, here is a different perspective..
Height adjusted a few times and found that underside of wheel fender panel lines up with top of tyre for all corners is the best combo for me to get over kerbs and speed humps without scraping at all..
running 19s, 265/30 f and 285/30 r
Run in sport mode for most of street driving and switch between sport and sport plus during club runs..
Previously on swift springs and is a world of difference on all levels..
very happy with these and Excited for mobbin...

Does anyone know the spring rates for the B16 kit? I've been searching and not able to find it. Bilstein has not answered my question either. Frustrating that these vendors think there is some cosmic secret in their "magic" rates or that noboby but their world expert engineers could possibly understand how to interpret a progressive rate. Without the rate info I may just go to TC Kline and get his sleeve-over kit where you choose exactly the rate you want nothing hidden behind they mysterious curtain.

anwyay sorry for my rant. if anyone out there has reliable info on the B16 kit spring rates, or even better has measured the rate (or the whole force-distance curve for progressives) that would be awesome. This kit looks appealing to me but want to know more before I drop that much coin.

That's strange cos I do recall the documentation being available when I purchased a while ago. Anyway, from memory I believe the spring rates are:
- Rear 799 lbs/inch
- Front 514 lbs/inch
Hope that helps buddy, I'll try and see if I can call up the website that has this info.

Who are folks getting April-ish stock dates from?

Do we believe Bilstein is actually going to make enough of these for sales AND service?

This matches precisely with what I've been told but keep in mind these are progressive springs and these rates aren't really comparable to linear spring rates. Vorshlag did a great write-up on the differences, LINK. I guess one question might be, what linear rates would these ride like on the street? My guess is 200-300 front and 300-400 rear but that's just a guess based on Vorshlag's data for the e46 pss-10 kit. At the track they should feel like slightly more and I'm hoping I don't get too much body roll since I plan to start running semi-slicks at the track next, we'll see!

This is a big concern for myself, too. Though I doubt one would have issues so soon after purchasing, it's definitely something to consider down the road when they rack up heavy miles.

From the inquiries I made, they have a 4-6 week build time. I'm curious to see if those who recently ordered them will actually get them within this time frame, or will it be an indefinite, agonizing wait...

I ordered mine through Justyn Bell at THMotorsports, they had the best price I've found. I just checked in with them again regarding the ETA and their system, assuming it is correct, still shows that mine are set to ship out from Bilstein next Wednesday! I know another forum member placed an order a few weeks after me and got a ship date between the middle and end of April, so I would say the 4-6 week window sounds accurate.

Word on the street is they got a massive oem to sign up and moved all production to that, so the regular stuff is all backed up

I've gotten a May date from BW for the B12 kits
