So R&T comes out of Sweden and not Japan?

Gotcha. I was under the impression that all the DFV products generally come out of Ohlin's Japan.
Either way I'm looking forward to this kit. Harold, I noticed on another thread/forum you sold a R&T kit with upgraded springs and plates...how did they turn out?

Any updates on these? I have Ohlins R&T's in another car and they are great. Although it would seem contradictory, they are firmer AND more comfortable than stock. They seem to just float over the pavement irregularities while maintaining responsiveness.
I'm still searching for my E90 M3, but my first mod will likely be coilovers. If the Ohlins aren't coming out in the near future, I will get some JRZ RS1s. It seems the RS1s are JRZs answer to the Ohlins R&T albeit with a slightly different approach. |

I spoke to Ohlins USA and they said testing is nearly complete and they will go on sale around the end of September, early October. I decided to go with JRZ RS1's so I can get them on sooner. I've used Ohlins R&T setups on other cars and they are amazing. I kind of wanted to try something else, but Ohlins DFV technology is hard to pass up for a dual duty car. Depending on price point, the Ohlins will probably still be a great choice. It will probably be a toss up between the RS1 and Ohlins.

Just got confirmation from Ohlins USA today that E9x Ohlins R&T will be available in late October along with E46 M3 R&T kits. We will keep the community updated as more information comes along.
