Getting new wheels. Want to rebuild TPMS

Should I just transfer the TPMS over or buy some online so I can sell my OEM wheels as a package with TPMS, which I presume would be wanted greatly by the buyer. Anyways, a couple questions for you knowledgable folk.
1) WHERE do i take the TPMS to get the seals rebuilt? BMW Dealer? Tire Kingdom? Who's willing to do it and knowledgable enough
2) Where do i buy the proper seal kit for OEM bmw sensors (2011 M3)
3) Where do I buy NEW OEM sensors at the best price if i just want to go that route. Amazon? getbmwparts ?

I think Tire Rack sells a kit. It's best to call them because it's not on their web page.

Okay. I just left the stealer they charged me 54$ for a mount and balance.
They always look at me stupid when I say something/anything technical to a service advisor. I IMAGINE the tire technicians/installers would understand to rebuild my TPMS into my aftermarket wheels without a problem? I just hope someone can chime in on experience. I don't trust other tire places to not scratch my wheels so idk.... Thoughts?

I don't think new TPMS seals are really necessary btw... 99% of tire stores would never replace them unless you are having issues or they are damaged.

I think I'm going to have to just order new TPMS sensors regardless ?
Idk, it depends on whether or not I want to unmount all my tires from OEM wheels to get them or whether I should just sell as is.
