Wheel Fitment and Clearance from Hub

Happened to have these wheel sitting at garage

19x8.5 ET35
19x9.5 ET40

Will these fit on F92 M3?
I'm worrying mostly about inner clearance.

I'm thinking about 10mm spacer on front and
15mm (or 18mm) on rear.

These wheel are new...so is it better to sell it?

Those aren't E9X M3 offsets, I think the 220s were ET 29 front and ET23 rear.

You will need at least a 15mm spacer out back, fronts could fit but won't be optimum.

Poor offsets. I would sell the wheels.
