Dupli-Color Hot Tires Tire Paint Pens
I was going to paint the lettering on my track tires so bought one of these pens for the job. Turns out the paint pen purchased was already dry. So I did some reading and this may not be an uncommon problem. Gonna take this as a sign from above and leave the tires be.
