Best Quick Detailer Spray

What's the best quick detailing spray and why? Where's the best place to buy a lot of it?

I'm all out and have yet to find a favorite. But would rather buy more than one little bottle at once so please put up your suggestions.

The Eagle One QD is quite nice. I am an autopian btw, so I am quite familiar with the boutique products as well. You will be hard pressed to top the Eagle One QD.

I like Chemical Guys speed wipe. You can buy it in one gallon sizes here. Smells like bubble gum and works awesome!

Mequiar's Ultimate Quik Wax. Best stuff on the market. Wipe on with a microfiber rag, wipe off. Effortless.

Do some contain wax and some not? If so which is better to use?

I've heard good things about the Meguiar's from a few places now. That's what I had last and it seemed pretty good.

Are you guys pretty much using this to "finish off" a weekly maintenance wash?

Every vehicle that we perform a service on gets a complete wipe down with Diamond Blue Mist Final Wipe. If its a weekly maintenance client or a complete detail, it gets a final wipe as part of the last touch when we finish our service.

I really liked this quick wax as well, but got turned on to BM Express a few months ago. I use pretty much Griots for everything but the quick detail. I like their pads, sealants etc., but for that quick detail I love this BME spray wax. It comes out as a foam, so no drip, smells great and no streaking. Just spray on wet or dry car and wipe off with MF cloth. I also don't have to wait for it to arive in the mail, I can just go to Target or wherever.

Been using that stuff for years and I still have about a half-gallon of it left. I decided to try something new recently. Optimum Instant Detailer & Gloss Enhancer.

http://www.pakshak.com/optimum-insta...ncer-32oz.html

The finish is a little slicker than slick but it does require additional effort of applying and then buffing with a second dry towel. With slick, I could just wipe on and buff with the same towel. The good thing about the OID is that it's concentrated so a 32 oz bottle actually makes 1 gal. 1 gal of instant detailer for $20 is a pretty good deal.

Some do contain wax.

Regarding Meguairs, I've have their Quik Detailer in the red bottle and the NXT in the blue bottle and both were the worst quick detailers I've ever used. I switched to Mother's cinnamon which was a lot better and then I started using the Chemical Guys purple synthetic and the pink speed wipe. The pink speed wipe is my favorite. I like the detailer products vs the stuff you can buy at Pep Boys and Walmart. I'll try that Diamond's Blue Mist next, I read a lot of good about that as well.

The new Mequiar's "ULTIMATE quik wax" is clear, not white like the old red bottle stuff. Leaves no residue. Dries in seconds. Almost evaporates as you wipe it on and off. The new "ULTIMATE quik detailer" is also clear and works the same way. They both come in BLACK bottles. I used to have the older RED bottle "quik wax" and the new "ULTIMATE quik wax" is way better. It just came out, you may of not seen the new stuff yet.

I really like Griot's, but that's only compared to the Meguiars I used to use on my old car.

I've tried at least 10 different types of QDs over the years, from Meguiars to Griots, and I have to say they're all rather terrible compared to Chemical Guys Speed Wipe. Meguiars left behind a thick residue that should not come with a QD product.
