WGDG is a fine sealant; plenty of good reviews. It is long lasting for an acrylic, easy to use, looks nice... just make sure to remove any polishing oils before applying (same with any sealant). RE; fg400, I personally don't think you'll be able to finish clean with it. Maybe almost clean in most light, but it is a pretty hard cutting compound so I would think you'll need something in between.

Feen335 I have tried the wolfgangs sealant before on my Jerez M and i have not had great success. I think temperature plays an important factor with this product (57-77 degrees). I have had it continue to leave a film on the car that took more time than its worth to try and take off. This is even washing all compound oils off (menzerna 2500-3000).

I have seen really good results with the new meguiars MF finishing wax and compound. It's not hardcore in taking deep stuff out. But if time is a factor it does a great job in half the time

Question - has anyone tried the Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0 after using the Mazerna products? I need to either use a carnuba or a synthetic to protect all the good polishing work, and I like the sound of a longer lasting synthetic. Any reviews on this stuff ???
Unless your paint is in poor shape, I'd consider Menzernas Power finish Po203 for a one step.

And if you're really picky, neither one may not finish down nice enough on dark colors.

Getting ready to tackle a 08 JB sedan. Chemical guys talked to me on the phone for about 30 mins. Over $100 later getting V36, V38, proper pads, black light and black polish... gonna do some home work but I've heard JB is a pain and to be honest i'm kinda scared! no power tools just using hands for each step. any tips?
