I believe it fits but the E92 M3 has longer tips than the E90 M3 hence it'll stick out a bit

I believe the tips are adjustable so it could fit an E90

Hey Kevin, I actually have an e90 exhaust on my e92. Perhaps we could arrange a trade. My setup is mint and we could each keep our own tips. If you're the buyer, let me know. I'm in LA.
