E9X FBO E85 vs 110 octane

Assuming you take the same M3 with the same full bolt on mods would it make more power on E85 or 110 octane? There would be two separate tunes one for E85 and one for 110 octane.

E85 makes more power than even 114 and also results in cooler temps.
