DKG 5A5B code for DCT

as title states, have pulled this code twice now

5a5b pv6 valve jamming

And recently 5028 pvc Adaptations

Car runs entirely fine aside from a jerky engagement sometimes in first gear when starting from a stop.

I am currently dealing with actuator codes on top of this. Wondering if they could be related? I don't believe they would be but worth mentioning.

I recently did replace both rear ABS sensors in the past month but otherwise no other codes or

My best guess would be that the dct has a minor leak somewhere, but in my search for any other info, I did see that there is a SIB from BMW that the 5a5b code peaks erroneously and a software update from 2009 fixes the issue. Presumably this is an update to the dme?

Anyways, looking for any thoughts on this as there is very other information online.
