How to unplug steering wheel buttons??

Hi Guys
Has anyone changed steering wheels? If so in stuck on the step where you need to disconnect the steering wheel buttons. It's the small plug in the back that has brown wires going to the dct paddles. How do you disconnect this plug. I tried some force but its definitely not coming out and dont want to do any damage. Anybody can help?

Not entirely sure but my DIY on changing DCT paddles might be helpful for whatever you're trying to do.
