Power source for logic 7 retrofit?

I'm in the process of retrofitting a logic 7 amp with EPS speakers, and my final concern is where to supply power for the amp.

I have 10awg wire with a 50 amp inline fuse, can I just run this directly from the battery and ground on the chassis or will that risk frying the amp?
