3M Double Sided Mounting Tape

Fellow Beemer Owners,

Is the 3M double sided mounting tape for boot spoilers ideal?

Is this the correct tape from Bunnings?

Try to order off amazon the 3M automotive double sided tape. It should be fine. I have it on mine and it's perfect

Yes this one, it's nice and thin and quite strong for the application. You can also pick it up from automotive stores such as auto zone or O'Reilly's

Cheers guys but i'm in Australia and we don't have those stores here (except Amazon but i'm looking to get the job done over the weekend).

For my local peeps, aside from Autobahn and Supercheap Auto, what automotive store do you recommend to purchase the above tape that is open on the weekend?

You could try ringing your local Burson which should be open on Saturday morning only. I suspect you might have more luck with Bunnings than Autobarn or Supercheap Auto. Bunnings stock 3M tape - although possibly not the specific automotive one.
