I mean what percentage of cars are actually going BELOW the speed LIMIT on the highways. Even cops usu won't pull you over unless your 10+ mph over the speed LIMIT.

hahaha, yeah, that's so damn true. I see one person in carpool lanes alot (non hybrids). Around here, so many people break the rules of carpool lanes during rush hour, it'll be probably better to let it be another plane 'ol driving lane, at least spread out the traffic thinner, i would think. lol

Crazy video, i bet they don't have much traffic collisons though, that'll make people more aware of their surroundings. hahah
