18 x 10 ET25 wheel fitment question

Hi guys, my GT3RS has been retired from track duty forever, and I will soon be starting an E92 M3 track build. I want to run a square BBS E88 setup for the track. The fairly well known size of 18 x 10 ET25 seems to work well for 275-35-18. (I ran this on my E46 back in the day).

I plan to use that NT01 size up front, but has anybody tried a 275-40-18 NT01 in rear on the ET25 ? I assume it has plenty of room and won't rub. From my past 4 years tracking a GT3, I've come to appreciate the progressiveness and grip that a slightly larger sidewall provides for the rear.

Also, can anybody confirm that this wheel size for the E88 will clear a 370-380mm BBK ? I know the Schirmer M3's run a 10" front E88, but I don't know the offset.

Help is greatly appreciated guys.

What brand bbk are you planning to use?

I'm sure you can DL the fitment sheet from the brand you are planning to use? You just have to print it out and measure it.

265/40/18 is the OE 18" rear size. You should be fine with a 275/40/18 NT01. I run 275/35/18 NT01 square and there's room front and rear with Clubsports.

18" wheel clearance with 380mm BBKs depends on the wheel and BBK. The APEX ARC-8s will clear several 380mm BBKs but not Brembo's, for which you'd need the newer APEX EC-7s. But yes, definitely check a wheel fitment template to be sure.
