Ah the mythical unicorn seems to trounce the competition. Not a day goes by where I take my MRF Velaforza system for granted; so grateful to have such a powerful and clean sounding system.
Seeing all these numbers really makes consider boosting my car - given that I already have the key piece of this puzzle to maximize my gains. Great write up Sasan, thanks for sharing!

It will fit ALL E9x M3 cars, so that would include the E90.

Unfortunately the dyno's cannot correct and compensate for the DME's mapping changes due to ambient conditions, it will only adjust and normalize the external conditions. In better weather, the car would be pulling less ignition timing and therefor yielding even better numbers. It's awesome to look at the data and see that it still does so well even in worse conditions compared to the last dyno you had with your MRF mid-section. OLD MRF Velaforza Mid-section conditions: 84.35 deg, 24% humidity MAX RWHP 573.52, MAX RWTQ 375.89 NEW MRF Velaforza Mid-section conditions: 86.16 deg, 26% humidity MAX RWHP 581.21, MAX RWTQ 377.58 RWHP Delta (Gain) 8.31, RWTQ Delta (Gain) 1.69 -Malek@MRF (both runs STD correction factor of 1.02)

this midpipe is a direct replacement for akra evo (mid section) exhaust?
like bolt off the akra mid section and bolt on the mrf? if u are using ess akra tuning will it hurt the mrf perf?

if you were in California i'd invite you to come pay me a visit and check it out for yourself. mated with the akra rear - the exhaust noise is VERY liveable from the interior and sounds like an F1 car from the exterior

I wonder what kinda power increase there would be over the Akra on a NA car? Anyone have any idea?

remember the gains I'm discussing here are over AKRA. Akra by itself creates gains of about 25whp on an NA car. it's safe to say you'll be making more than that with the MRF midipipe which weighs almost exactly the same as the akra mid and is cheaper. another thing is the mrf will probably create a lot more midrange torque gains than the akra on an NA car - and that's where you want the gains the most

Man, I miss mine so much. Went to the akra after, and there's definitely a difference in power, and I miss that sweet sound when its WOT. Malek, much to your dismay, I may be after another unit if you ramp up production again Definitely keep me posted.
Memories...
