Is this a no-go?

I saw this pop up and I'm looking for something sub-21k, is there anything about this (other than the 124k on the odometer) a no-go?

Looks nice. Needs some TLC, but with a little elbow grease and It will probably clean up very well.

It looks like it's been for sale by 3 different dealers in the past year alone. That's a little scary, but I guess it could be used to negotiate the price down even more.

actually, i like having the option of seeing the progression of the car. Its a nice car, especially when it was at 36k on the odometer (link 2). I think at BMW it was CPO, Id look into whether that was still active (probably not)

If you can't prove if and when they were ever done plan on spending $3k on rb's and mounts if you don't have the means of doing it yourself.
Still keeps you at budget..

I just sent him that message via PM using my car (similar spec) which I purchased in November as a baseline. 17 and change is a good deal.
