My ring was flaking away, looked terrible. A little bright red Krylon made everything better. Anything is better than peeling black plastic.

It doesn't seem like the "limited edition" sold by ecs fit the e92 but apparently it fits the e90... Aren't they the same?? Am I missing something?

The entire item will break down to three pieces. I used (bright red) rust-oleum spray paint.

My first prototype. I'm not ecstatic, but am happy with the concept. I'm going to work on another version shortly. I went with stainless steel initially because it was harder and I feared scratches, plus being a touch surface I didn't want to risk rust. Unfortunately my tool set isn't impressive enough to "machine" the piece properly. I'm hoping the aluminum is soft enough that I can get it right.

In the dark there is a light ring that makes it visible. If my plan works out it will be much brighter than current. I definitely think it would look better with a black or carbon trim, but those are future plans.
