Valve cover gasket DIY: what else to replace while there?

These are the parts I'm planning to order:

11127838271 cylinder 1-4 gasket x1
11127838272 cylinder 5-8 gasket x1
11127835170 spark plug pipe x8
11157838369 oil separator gasket x2
11157838370 oil separator o-ring x2

Anything else I should be aware of while I am there?

I also had all the screws replaced as they have washers integrated. They cost way too much for stupid screws tho :

Maybe think of changing out spark plugs while you are there. Much easier access. Even if you don't have many miles on, new spark plugs are cheap and never a bad thing to do.

You'll need Drei Bond for the timing cover/head seam

You'll want to have a good means of cleaning up the crud left behind in the relief for the gasket on the valve cover. It will come off the head clean, but the valvecover coating will probably stick to the gaskets in places when you take it out of the cover

IIRc new separators come with some new parts and might be worth just changing them.

Agree on plugs
