Price point is pretty good, especially if the CPO is still effect. Make sure its in good condition and the title is clean.

If I remember right the CPO warranty can be transfered into your name for about $50. I know I did my extended maintenance plan for free. Seems like the car is fairly priced.

It has most things im looking for but still dont like overpaying.

Seems kinda high to me. There are tons of fully loaded 08s selling for mid 40s and even some goin for low 40s.

Looking at a 2009 aw e90 6mt with 18k miles for 43.5k.

Has only 19s, cold pack, bluetooth and that's it.

Good deal?

Let us know how this goes... Im looking at a similar one but theyre asking 59.9k which is way too high IMO...

This is about right. If I were you I'll try to find one with lower miles though.

(bamboo is not my thing)

18k for $46. It is certified.
