Hi there,

We are only able to mount/balance tires and install TPMS sensors if you order them through us directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to install sensors that are used.

If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!

I am buying my wheel + tires from you guys. But I want to supply my own (new) TPMS sensors. Can I mail them in?

Hi there,

Apologies, as I should have been a bit more specific. We are only able to install the TPMS sensors that we sell on our website when mounting/balancing tires before shipment. Due to the variables involved, we are unable to provide mounting/balancing for tires we do not sell, and we are unable to provide installation of TPMS sensors we do not sell.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We don't have anything in the works at the moment as the spoke design of the ARC-8 does not offer quite as much brake clearance as our other designs. We may figure something out in the future however as the ARC-8 does look great on all models!

Sm-10 on a E90

Hey guys,

What's the best set up on a E90 with swift springs if I were to get the SM10 set up? I want to make sure I keep the comfort and also be able to use my 18 in tires that I have off my oem wheels. I don't want to compromise the comfort but want to make sure to fill in the wheel gap and push the wheels out more

Hello! As long as you are staying with an 18" fitment, comfort will not be sacrificed as it is mainly dependent on the tire sidewall height and stiffness. If you are looking for an OEM+ staggered fitment for an E90 M3, the following is a great option:

Front: 18x9" ET30 or ET31 with 255/35-18 tires
Rear: 18x10" ET25 with 275/35-18 tires
  • Direct fit.
  • Popular fitment.
  • OEM 245/40-18 front and 265/40-18 rear tires can also be used as a direct fit.
  • This fitment is 1/2" wider all around than the OEM 18" Style 219 wheels, meaning you can either reuse the stock tires or go wider. The widths and offsets mirror those of the OEM Competition Package/GTS wheels.

If you decide to abandon your current tires in favor of a slightly wider staggered setup, the below fitment is a great alternative:

Front: 18x9.5" ET22 with 265/35-18 tires
Rear: 18x10.5" ET22 or ET27 (ARC-8 and EC-7 only) with 285/35-18 tires
  • Available in all APEX designs
  • Direct fit.
  • Popular fitment.
  • Front 275/35-18 tires can also be used.
  • Rear 295/35-18 tires can be used but may require rolled fenders to prevent rubbing.

Feel free to take a look at our E9X M3 fitment Guide or send us an email at info@apexraceparts.com for more information on fitment.

Our EC-7s have a wide variety of ETAs at the moment depending on the size, offset, and finish that you are looking for. We keep the product pages on our website as up-to-date as possible so if you are looking for a baseline ETA, that is always a great place to start! If you have questions about a specific setup I would recommend sending us a DM with the specific wheels you are curious about.

Thanks!

The Flow Formed EC-7: Born To Clear Massive Brakes

Through comprehensive laser scanning and endless rounds of test-fitting, the EC-7 was created to clear massive brake kits. Offered in three unique profile designs, the Flow Formed EC-7 offers maximum concavity without sacrificing clearance.

EC7 Quote?

Hi,

I just bought tires for my 2008 e92 m3 and I was trying to get the tires mounted on my wheels but I found out that one of them is cracked.

My car came with 19" forgestars from the dealer.

Anyway, the tires I bought were 255/35/19 and 285/30/19.

Which apex wheel can fit these tires without any rubbing issues?

I kinda like the ec7 but I'm open to other styles

And which set would be the least expensive because I'm a little tight on money at the moment?

Paging BMW owners in the Bay area!

If you're interested in free professional photos of your car on brand new APEX wheels, we are looking for volunteers for testfiitting and photoshoots! Volunteers will get copies of the photos, a discount on a set of APEX wheels, and APEX goodies/swag. If you're interested in volunteering, please email us at info@apexraceparts.com with your contact information, location, and a photo of your car. All are welcome. Show us what you've got!

If you'd like to take an inside look at what these photoshoots involve, our good friend Blake made a video detailing the process of an 18" test fitment on his F82 M4 recently:
