paradocs - what will the neighbors say? i want to put exhaust on soon, but i am concerned people will say "that new guy starts his car at 5:30am every damn morning!"

Bump. Whats the deal with going catless in NY and inspections? I just got my M3 and wanted to get the challenge Race pipe. Its catless with resonators. Will this fail inspection?

Good info Phil, thanks. So i will be going with a challenge sport pipe (HFCs) and ess tune. i hope i pass. Although this will go on after my first inspection next week. lol At least i'll have a year to track the car....

The DMV system (plug-in) will fail you if you have two stored codes. This has nothing to do with your CEL being off. One stored code and you will pass. Right. I was going to go with the Vishnu tune and Challenge Race x pipe but for the track only of course.

Challenge sport is nice.. 2k is crazy though.

That's why i jumped QUICKLY on a lightly used one!
