Tune2air not enough power from armrest USB?
I have a 2008 CCC E92, and I was looking for a solid bluetooth audio option. I read through a lot of posts and found that everyone had good things to say about the tune2air WMA3000B https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 .
I got it in the mail and it doesn't seem like my armrest USB is providing enough power to even turn on the box. No flashing blue light or anything. I got a cigarette lighter USB power plug and powered it on just fine and it plays audio, but the steering wheel controls to skip songs do not work. Could my USB port just be dead? Has anyone else had the same issue? |

Honestly though since USB cigarette adapters are $4.99 at every 7-11 it may not be worth your time to chase down. I had no issues with my Tune2Air

There might be a USB in your glove box, not sure if that would work.... |
