The R8 Getting Wrapped This Week
Car is in the shop today, starting its transformation. Going from the stock Phantom Black to Satin White Pearl. Doing this primarily for paint protection since it is a daily driver all year long in Toronto. I am changing a few things up on the design and should have more pics in the coming days. Feel free to give input and the work is being done by Tiago at ConceptsWraps.ca. After it is wrapped, it will be ceramic coated for extra protection.

Well the job is done and I could not be more pleased with the results. The satin pearl white really shows off the accents of the car which used to just blend in together. Lets see how it holds up to our Canadian winter and I will keep updating as required.

Thanks for the input and yes salt is used in Toronto but the car is aluminum and does not rust the same as other vehicles. Plus it is all wheel drive and great for winter. My M3 is winter driven and the undercarriage looks amazing. Even better than the neighbors evo final edition that is not winter driven. The car is driven by the wife and she picked the colour which looks much better in person. Yes, crazier colours are available but she is not looking for any extra attention. The car does well enough on its own
