I am now looking to keep the rear section; only looking to part with the High Flow Cats & X Pipe.

And thats why I'm keeping it!

I am selling an M Performance Exhaust though, igM3NACER - it is technically original manufacturer equipment (OEM) so it does not constitute as a modified exhaust. This makes it defensible in court if you ever find yourself in an undesirable situation...

Picked up this exhaust in great shape from a forum member last month and have used it for approximately 500 miles. The exhaust sounds fantastic and the dual-mode functionality is great for residential neighborhoods. While I love this exhaust, it does not pass the "girlfriend test" with the valves open and I am looking to return to my MPE.
Did you get a CEL with this exhaust system ?

I had the same item like you
(IPE F1 valvetronic mufflers + x pipe + downpipes with high flow cats)

But after 2 months of using it i had misfires impairing exhaust emission on all 8 cylinders + Check Engine Light.

Let me know ..
