Frame Restoration in NJ Area

Any reputable shops that can do a frame restoration? Was under my e90 this morning and noticed the frame can use some scaling and new paint to protect it for another 15+ years.

I am sure that there a number of shops that could do this, but I just did exactly what you are describing on my 08 e92 and I used the great team of eMpower located in Belvidere, NJ.
It is a bit far to get out there, but given the quality of their work, it is well worth it.
Many enthusiasts use Matt and his crew. Just tell them that M TROIS sent you.
