Interesting, he messaged me yesterday night regarding my WTB post, said he was located in Anaheim. He told me to email and we were going back and forth.

I told him I have a friend located in the LA area to check the wheels out before I purchased, and responded he could check it out before 7am only. Which I thought was ridiculous.

Anyway, the conversation ended when I told him I would pay with PayPal only, and he responded he only takes Zelle.

I have another person who messaged me this morning, and again going through email, hopefully he is not a scammer.

Told me he's in North Carolina. If I recall, Zelle is the only "non-reversible" ePayment method.

These email scammers make me want to ditch the platform altogether.

WTB posts are bait for scammers. I know it's easier to post a WTB rather than check thru many WTS posts but it also tells a scammer exactly what you're looking for. And sometimes these scam offers are too good to be true.
