For sale is my enthusiast owned 2008 BMW M3 sedan. It is Jerez Black Metallic with Black Novillo Leather interior. In its current state it would make an excellent turn key track/daily driver, or a seriously fast full on track car if you have the guts to tear it apart and build it.

It currently has about 133,000 miles, however it is in nicer condition than any other E9x M3 I've seen with similar mileage. The exterior is a 8/10 (some chips and blemishes here and there), the interior an 8/10 (no tears or missing trim). Typical wear and tear for a vehicle of this mileage, no stories, no accidents, and a clean Carfax. It has served as my daily driver for the past two years and 50k miles. Unfortunately only got to make it out to two track days under my ownership, where she performed brilliantly both times. Pre and post track inspections were performed, as well as every fluid flushed.

Before my ownership, the vehicle appears to have been dealer maintained with every service right on schedule. Under my ownership I have replaced the following:

- Throttle actuators replaced at 85k miles (done by BMW Reading)
- Rod bearings replaced with VAC Coated bearings and ARP bolts at 90k miles (Performed by Heinlein Racing Development technician)
- Motor mounts at 90k miles (Performed by Heinlein Racing Development technician)
- Oil changed religiously with 10W-60 every 5k miles (car burns a very small amount of oil- much less than other E9x M3's with much lower mileage in my experience)
- Valve cover gaskets replaced at 124k (AUTOcouture Motoring)
- Upper timing cover gasket replaced at 124k (AUTOcouture Motoring)
- Entire ignition system overhauled at 124k (AUTOcouture Motoring)
- Oil filter housing gasket and oil line o-rings replaced at 124k (AUTOcouture Motoring)
- Thermostat and coolant line o-rings replaced at 124k (AUTOcouture Motoring)
- Power steering pulley replaced at 124k (AUTOcouture Motoring)
- Full thermostat job at 124k (AUTOcouture Motoring)
- All pulleys/tensioners/belts replaced at 128k (Gear One Performance)
- Trans mounts replaced at 128k (Gear One Performance)
- All fluids regularly flushed, with the most recent transmission, coolant, clutch/brake, and diff fluid flush at around 128k (Gear One Performance)
- All four brake rotors replaced with BMW OEM and Pagid RS19 pads at 128k (Gear One Performance)

I have receipts to be provided upon request for all listed work totaling over $12k in parts and labor.

As far as modifications go, here is what I can think of off the top of my head:

- Active Autowerk drop in filter
- Alpine ECU tune
- Custom test pipes (fully catless) with stock resonators, and Fabspeed Maxflo mufflers. Sounds absolutely incredible but still reasonable volume to daily drive.
- Coby alcantara steering wheel
- Coby alcantara e-brake handle
- 1M carbon fiber mirror caps
- Carbon fiber rear ducktail
- LCI (2009+) trunk lid and tail light conversion
- IND Paint matched kidney grilles
- Side vents wrapped in matte black
- 20% window tint all around- very high quality film and install

Probably some other stuff I'm missing. Note in the photos the car is on TE37 SL wheels and KW Clubsport coilovers. The wheels have been sold, and I will be removing the coilovers from the car and replacing with stock EDC suspension in good condition. Will sell with the KW's installed for an additional $1800 to the agreed upon price.

Also the car will come on OEM ZCP wheels as shown:

Thanks! The steering wheel trim piece is the stock one in decent condition, but the rubber coating was peeling a bit like they all do so I wrapped it in Avery satin CF, the closest match I could find to the Carbon Leather trim.

Much appreciated!

In my quest of considering keeping the car, I traded the TE's for some ZCP wheels with brand new Hankook Ventus V12 tires. Still driving the car a little bit and with sub-10 degree temperatures in the North East I felt bad letting the RE-71 R's freeze.

Price now $21k OBO. May be removing KW's and putting exhaust back to stock soon as well.

Price dropped, and more detailed maintenance history from the past 10k miles added. This car is easily ready for another 100k miles.

Price updated to $18k as-is firm. Will begin parting out bits like suspension, wheels, and exhaust and re-listing soon.

If I wasn't so scared of the mileage I'd be all over this. wow what a nice example.

Yes I still have it.

Just installed new ceramic coated Apex Arc-8 in Satin Black, 18x9.5 and 18x10.5 with brand new 265 and 285 Bridgestone RE-71 R.

ZCP wheels and Volks are gone.
