Just recently sold my 2013 AW e92 and in the market for an E90 M3 (family getting big, two extra doors makes it easier):

-6MT or DCT
-Competition package zcp wheels or something similar (black preferred but not a deal breaker)
-Stock or modded are both fine as long as there is record of service or accredited shops doing the work
-Key services (rod bearings) completed unless really low mileage
-Minor accidents accepted / clean title preferred
-2010+
-Don't mind picking up car
-No Tan/beige interior

I'm across the country and unfortunately it's an 08 but I'm looking at selling my E90, specs are below

Car is clean, garage kept, and washed weekly/waxed monthly. Car comes fully loaded with:
Cold Weather Package – 3 Stage heated seats, ski bag, retractable high-pressure headlight washers
Technology Package – Navigation, electronically controlled adaptive dampers, M Drive, Comfort Keyless Access Entry, Rear Park Assist
Premium Wheels – 19” 220 Style Wheels. P245/45ZR19 Front, P265/40/ZR19 Rear
Premium Package – Power folding mirrors, Bluetooth interface, upgraded leather interior trim, integrated garage door opener
Car has been meticulously maintained and I have all my service and fuel records for the car. Car is clean inside and out with only minor rock chips on the front fascia. Car has recently had the 75,000 mile service (power steering, brake, transmission, and coolant flushes). Oil is changed every 5-7,000 miles complete with full Blackstone oil analysis report. Front tires were replaced in September 2018 due to sidewall puncture on passenger side wheel. Additional 18” winter wheels (Sport Edition A7) and Michelin X-Ice Winter tires (P235/40/R18). Winter wheels have been installed in 2017 and 2018 and have roughly 6,000 miles on them.
