NADA TRUNK SPOILER And you wanna know why? They don't make one yet. The one on that model/car was clearly custom for pics on their website. Dude, really I appreciate you trying to help and all. But you're not!

You Had to Get Personal

Clearly it's available if you buy the entire Hamann kit(as evidenced by the pictures found online that you continue to link too). But if you can find somebody who will sell the spoiler individually, I'll take back calling you a "Genius". Even the replica spoilers offered on EBAY don't offer perfect fitament. I've been researching this for over 3 months now.

I had to remove and edit some comments. Don't attack each other but stay on topic. Thanks!

That Alpina one looks wicked.
We have had a couple of clients ask for the same thing; a rear trunk lip spoiler for the E93, but we have yet to find one as well. We do supply Hartge, ACS, and Hamann products, but we have no confirmation on a product by any of them yet.

There is nothing made yet by any of the high end folks for the E93. Julius is right.

OK - what exactly is the difference between the m3 and other e93 trunk lids (not arguing)? Is it wider? Sorry if this has already been explained somewhere...

For an e93, i would check out this spoiler from JL-motoring. It looks like a larger version of the m3 spoiler, similar to that 3D design, or AC schnitzer one. Its very nice and subtle. Heres a link to it under JL trunk spoiler:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=253124 If you want something more aggressive, i would try the replica Vorsteiner (VRS) style CSL spoiler like that from adamaster. I have one and couldn't be happier with it. |

Any new developments with this? Like my man SoCal I really am looking for a simple streamlined lip to add some dimension (and TRUE DOWNFORCE for all you m3forum peeps ...)

This is exactly what I thought. Just didn't want to go against anyone who had 'researched this for 3 months', as I do not have an E93.

They got back to me right away: "Your email inquiry to Alpina in Germany has been forwarded to us for response, as we are Alpina's U.S. Distributor here in Burbank, California. The Rear Spoiler for your E93 is $841.00, is primed unpainted and comes with installation instructions in English. I do not have one in stock but I can order it from Alpina, taking about 10 working days from order date." So it is a bit pricey...probably more so than I am willing to spend especially since that doesn't include painting and shipping. Since its in Cali it is probably a bit easier for all you guys who get to live out there to simply pick it up and paint it and whatnot without dealing with shipping and having to go to the garage to get your car out and then slowly drive over 1212309489 potholes to find the 1 painter out of 10 who you can trust and then driving out to your relatives in Jersey, SI or LI to have the space to install it, etc. (NYC nice cars period FTL)

IN! I need something to give the rear some more heft. The car looks a bit bigger in the front and tapered off in the end and I think a hefty rear lip spoiler or rear wing would really set it off. The BMW performance one for the E93 looks ok but I want something that looks just a TAD more aggressive.

i believe this is true... there shouldnt be any difference between the e93 335i and the e93 m3... so you can get any spoiler as long as its meant for an e93
