Best Tire Size? Please help!

Got a set of Niche Targa M131 wheels.
Size is:

Rear:

19x10, 20 offset

Front:

19x9.5, 20 offset

I am looking at Michelin PSS tires...whats the best size for me? Car is at stock height - will be lowering it about 0.5 - 0.8 inches - dont want any rubbing issues.. so far the going recommendation for me is

275/35/19 rear
235/35/19 front

You can go wider in the front...255/35/19.

I believe stock front size on standard M220 wheels are 245/35 so 235's are even smaller than stock size.

I have an E90 w/ZCP and I'm running those wheels with PSS 275/30/19 and 295/30/19. Rears rubbed a little to start but not after about 1500 miles. Fronts never rubbed.
