I wasn't sure about it at first but it's growing on me lol.
Soon, very soon guys. Just haven't had time to jump on it myself. I'm planning on dropping my car off at at bimmer performance center in Raleigh NC for RB's within the next month or so...I'm thinking about just having them keep the car for a couple of weeks to do everything all at once.

Been a while since I've posted any updates so I'll post a few today.
Rod bearings done! Big thanks to the guys at BPC in Raleigh for the great work. I'd been going to them for a while and finally decided to bite the bullet and have the RB's done. Last pic is from my phone; it has a filter on it because it was difficult to see the condition but you can definitely tell it was time. More than a few of the bottom ones were down to copper and a few of the top ones had some weird scratches in them...Anyway, at 76k miles on a 2008 car that probably hasn't been driven too hard, it was just time. For the time being I guess I can sleep easier now. Interestingly, I had blackstone report at 71k miles and showed a clean bill of health. Had an oil change done at 74k, (haven't sent that off yet) then 2k miles later had this done. Seems to me that the BS report isn't always a great indicator or the "peace of mind" everyone claims.

Finally had BOOF-M3 's ZCP suspension installed a few weeks ago and had it coded to OEM ZCP specs tonight. Very happy w/ the results, pics to come shortly!
My 08 ZCP "clone" is taking shape...Next up, 359's!

Did you compare the ride in sport with ZCP and non-ZCP settings after the install?

I didn't do a before measurement unfortunately (totally forgot) but it is slightly lower. We're talking 10mm so it's hard to spot but I'll post a pic. With 359's it'll look a bit lower as the 19's will fill the wheel well better. Coupled with 15/12 spacers, it'll be perfect. Just not sure about running spacers in general, I hear a ton of horror stories about high speed vibes. Can't have that!

As far as spacers go, spacers are not the root cause of high-speed vibrations. They usually will amplify vibrations that already exist. FWIW, I'm running 18mm and 20mm spacers right now without any issues up to 120mph (supposedly 120 )

Thanks for the heads up on spacers...thinking about going w/ MachtSchnell 15F/12R. Seems to be the general consensus for an aggressive look on stock wheels/tires.

Couple of pics for comparison Of the ZCP suspension Versus OEM. Obviously both are EDC. Probably nearly impossible to tell the difference in these pics. 10 mm Isn't much of a drop. Topic is ZCP in both cases. Overall I'm very pleased with the performance increase. The car feels much more composed over bumps, flatter in the corners, and turn and seems to be improved as well. It's probably not as big a difference as going after market, but I'm happy with This is the goal with this car is to create a ZCP OEM+ Clone.

Eh...terrible angles, I know. Hoping things look a little better w/ spacers and 359m's.

I am but that's probably the last piece of the puzzle. I don't think I'll do the CIC inside though, the CCC is fine.

Might as well do an AVIN or something similar to get Apple CarPlay and be better than CIC.

Alright...getting ready for the next round of mods. Again, in keeping w/ the OEM+/ZCP clone theme, (something along those lines lol) I was thinking of the following:
-15f/12r spacers + stud conversion (suggestions on vendors? Seems like EAS/MS is the way to go? CF Splitter - Not sure what I want to do here, love the LRP look but I also love the a bigger/full splitter. Just not sure it'll look good on my car and don't want to blow a ton of money on something that will likely get messed up anyway. CF spoiler - another tough call here. I like the M-Performance style but want to make sure everything fits well and doesn't look out of place. Not really interested in any other CF parts (mirrors, grills, etc.) it all just looks "too much" imo. -Pedals. My heel toe could certainly use some work but I'm wondering if pedals might help a bit. Lastly, was thinking about the AFD proflex fuel commander to run e85, or a different tune altogether (RK Tune/Gintani) to run e85. So that said, I'm leaning towards the spacers/stud conversion. Old pics, just for fun!

You have a very beautiful e90! The mods are almost identical to mine, except for the air intake. My latest mod has been a stud conversion kit (75mm) I like aesthetics better and better for changing wheels.
Alex can't make a tune to run e85?
